Peter's songs have been performed and recorded by several artists and bands that cross multiple genres including, adult contemporary, progressive rock, pop, singer songwriter, modern folk/country, and R&B.
His work with NYC indie artist Clara Lofaro and longtime writing partner Rich Sokolow led to a self-titled 3rd album for the artist, and landed a number of high-profile placements, including Just Smile, which was featured in a national TV and online streaming commercial that ran for three years, for Georgia-Pacific’s Vanity Fair Napkins. One of Peter’s songs was featured on Lifetime’s hit reality series Dance Moms. Walk Through the Storm, co-written with Rich Sokolow provided the soundtrack for lyrical dance routines by Maddie Ziegler. Maddie would later star in Sia's music video for her top ten hit Chandelier.
Peter was the co-producer and one of the principal songwriters for American Idol finalist Erika Van Pelt’s debut album, My Independence, which yielded nominations for two New England Music Awards including Album of the Year as well as Peter’s placement on Dance Moms.
Peter’s collaboration with writing partner and band mate Rich Sokolow (keyboardist & vocalist in original rock band Frontier Pilots) led to numerous other media opportunities. Their songs were featured on the Showtime movie Smooth Operator by producer David Rubin (I Am Sam, Crank, Apple TV). They also composed the theme song for Culinary Encounters starring celebrity chef Johnny Ciao which aired on New England’s largest cable network, NECN.
